5 important thing you should do in the morning

1.Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important thing in the morning. So for sound health you should start your Breakfast with water.Because after 6 or 7 hours of sleep causes dehydration in your brain. so drinking water is very helpful for your brain and it also helps to protect your skin.
then you should eat not dry food obviously and try to avoid sugar and muffin type things.instead of that try something smooth like fruits.

2.Using the time

Most of us doesn't woke up early in the morning. So you can get enough time to complete your homework,project,and prayer.you can take a walk and have a fresh start.most of the successful man
wakes up early in the morning.

3.workout

For you people who are fan of workout try to workout after eating something smooth like 1 or 2 apple or banana then start workout. start with little steps if you are a beginner.

If you want to use your morning time then make sure you have completed your early works at night and if you want to go out on a trip or anything like that just keep in mind that whenever you pack your things or leave something important like car keys or files just to memorize take a picture of those things in your mind and that will be memorized in your head.

5.thinking about life

take a bit time and think about what is gong on in your life and do a complete routine and repeat it .put all your important works in a line and enjoy the morning and be thankful to GOD for everything.
